About Us

We built the firm from the other side of the table.

For two decades we sat inside the organizations that hire firms like ours — running a country business for a global industrial group, leading communications for the largest community of foreign investors in Serbia. We know what good advice looks like from the receiving end, and how rarely it arrives. That experience shapes how we work: less presentation, more decision-ready thinking.

Most advisory work in this region falls into one of two gaps. Local knowledge without executive judgment. International method without local reality. Energy, infrastructure and industrial projects, with their long timelines and many stakeholders, sometimes get lost in between them.

Bridge Advisory exists to close that space. Clients work with us directly and we advise only on work we have done ourselves.

Our value

Deep regional market knowledge, executive-level experience, strong institutional and vendor network, and practical support for complex projects and investments.

  • Deep regional market knowledge

Not a map of the region. Two decades of operating in it, with a feel for how decisions actually get made here.

  • Executive-level experience

We have held the roles our clients hold, and made the decisions they are making. We propose solutions, rather than new open issues.

  • Strong institutional and vendor network

Access built over careers, not assembled for a mandate — the kind of doors a cold introduction can't open. With strong partnerships built over the years, we are ready to support you with the most appropriate vendor for your project.

  • Practical support for complex projects and investments

From the strategy on paper to the meeting where it is decided.

Leadership

The two people accountablefor the work.

Ksenija Karić

CEO

Ksenija has spent twenty years inside the systems our clients are trying to navigate. She led and worked in the energy sector and held senior commercial roles. She advises on energy, industrial and technology projects — and on the strategy and structure required to actually deliver them. Her focus is less on the deck and more on what needs to be true for a project to get built.

Strahinja Mitrovski

Communications Director

Strahinja works where reputation meets revenue. He led communications, ran global communications programs, and has driven business development at a leading real estate advisory firm. He advises on stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and the moments that define how an organization is understood. That range — regulators, investors, media — shapes how he builds and delivers a message.
